Flowers pigmentation

 Anthocyanin and carotinoids are main component that makes flower colourful. 

Responsible plastid so called chloroplast causes flower as different colour. Another plastid chlorophyll causes green colour of leaf, tendon and immature fruits.

Chromoplast can turn into chloroplast. For example,  green fruits turning into coloured fruit. 

Flower pigmentation occurs due to necessity of pollination. For pollination there required insects to come.  Insects are the primary carrier of pollen grain. 
Flower become colourful to attract insects. 

Anthocyanin is responsible to develop petals as pink,  red,  blue,  orange colour. 
Flower shapes their colour through a long journey . 
Each colour attract each types of pollinator. Bee attracted by bright colour.  Hurming bird attracted by red and orange colour.

Photosynthesis

 Photosynthesis is a techniques of producing energy or ATP for plant survival need.  Green plants, algae as well as some bacteria undergoes photosynthesis in presence of sunlight and chlorophyll.

Chlorophyll is a plastid in plants that is expressed as coloured component green. 

All of the green organ in plant contains chlorophyll. 

The parts of plants that exposed to sunlight is usually green.  For examples,  Green leaf,  green tendons.

All of the plants have a response to sunlight.  Plants tends to shape it's leaf direction if it can able to maximum light to exposed. 

Fungus can not produces it's own food.  It have no chlorophyll. Hence, required no photosynthesis. 

Fungus grows based on other plants or animals and absorb nutrient from these hosts.
